Musician Employment
The Master Agreement states the following:

Contract is for 37 weeks plus 4 weeks vacation.
Minimum scale is $52,266 including EMG (Electronic Media Guarantee). Overscale for Principals is 33.5%. Overscale for Associate Principal is 20%.
Benefits include medical and dental insurance, long and short-term disability insurance, and a pension plan contribution.
Season includes classics, pops, and 5 grand operas.
